Data Deletion

A2B Rentals lets you request deletion of your personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

Email hello@a2brentalservices.ca or call +1 647-865-3469 with your account email address and a request to delete your data. We'll confirm receipt within a few business days.

What gets deleted

We'll remove your profile information (name, phone, address) and disconnect any linked login (including Google or Facebook, if used) from your account.

What we may need to keep

Some records — completed rental agreements, inspection reports, and payment records tied to a past rental — may be retained for a limited period after a deletion request where required for accounting, tax, or legal purposes (for example, resolving a damage claim or dispute). These records are not used for any purpose beyond that retention need, and are deleted once that need has passed.

Signed in with Facebook or Google?

If you signed in using Facebook or Google, you can also revoke A2B Rentals' access directly from your Facebook or Google account settings at any time, in addition to contacting us.
