14. Retention and Deletion of Government ID Information
We take special care with government-issued ID information:

- Retention: ID information is retained for 30 days after first rental confirmation, then deleted automatically
- Exception: If a dispute or fraud allegation exists, we may retain ID information longer to resolve the matter
